It covers 430 m² and has 5 modern apartments, each with en-suite bathrooms with showers, and a spacious terrace of 270 m², as well as a heated pool of 65 m², with 10 sun lounges, which makes it one of the largest villas with a swimming pool on the island. It is newly built and has free parking on site.

Old Issa is an archaeological site on the island of Vis that testifies to the rich history and significance of this area during the ancient period.
